    The problem is when you claim 4,389 votes is a normal "election" you have to go through the pointless counting motions and then you make yourself look even more ridiculous...

    Nice to see the 90% turnout is being lauded as showing the system has been "improved". In reality of course it's 0.055% of the population.

    These days the bar for excitement is rather low ... but the hourly press releases from ISD did keep me away from binging on Hit and Run on Netflix.

    Well you can't expect the average HKer, local or expat, to care if 99% of them have no say whatsoever in this "election".
