• CE of HK has invited CX Chairman and CEO and conveyed her concern and strong dissatisfaction about how the "rule" has been "flouted" by their staff being irresponsible... The devil is in the detail, large portion of that demographics hardly go to one of those listed places anyway (haven't checked full list), their life runs between public estate and wet market so the real issue is execution not the mandate, rice bags and buses are much simpler solution..
