    They've sent the 40 cleaners to quarantine and the govt departments are still figuring out which one is responsible for refuse collection so garbage is piling up.

    During strict lockdowns here there is usually a total alcohol ban. Like the prohibition. There was an ambulance stopped at a checkpoint found to be full of cases of booze

    This is why the gov back home backtracked on shutting down gov run alcohol shops as health officials advised them it was actually 'essential' for quite a number of folks and its absence it could cause more problems.
