In China, businesses are disappearing just like people.

No one could have predicted this. Meanwhile eventually lifting the lockdowns means the excess deaths likely surpassed America’s.

As long as there's work & the company needs my service , why not. It helps to pay the medical bills.

Since we are now in support and training, i guess we would still be staying here - well hopefully

Anyways plans do change from day to day, we'll just have to wait & see what happens when the Man takes his seat.

Starting December 1, 2024, foreign nationals’ work permits and social security cards (SSC) will be merged into a single card, including both the work permit and social security information. To prepare for the new single card system, the government will shut down its online work permit system from November 29, 2024, at 18:00 local time until December 1, 2024, at 18:00 local time, while it updates the system.

many foreigners here don't pay social insurance

now, what they are saying, unless you pay social insurance (similar to mpf) you won't get a work permit. since this is just new, still not sure how this is going to go.
