    Something similar? HK quarantine is only seven days so this would be a regression.

    Seven days in 'centralised quarantine', and next three days at home. Atleast it seems this way from the article.

    Lowering (or removing all together) the hotel quarantine for HK (from the current seven days). That's the hope

    By contrast, weren't there also reports on rumours that China may retain its "Zero Covid policy" for another five years?
