it's hard to interpret what is going on for sure, plus super sensitive topic for China (which we know since it's all censored in China). so that's why not much in Hong Kong.

the foreign press is all over it but still hard to interpret what is going on

Seems he wanted to read what's in his folder but time wasn't right for it

In other news, China reported 3.9% growth in Q3, lol

Somehow that casual tap on Li's shoulder in that sudden moment while leaving makes me think its an indication to whatever sinister is happening there and ill health is not the reason.. Almost like 'Well done for putting up brave face or Good luck with your future'..

Everything you saw went exactly as planned by the chairman. The photographers were let in minutes before Hu was uprooted from his old stump.

Typical Chinese politics, all hidden knives and backstabbing. No debate just muffled and pretend nothing happened.

    3.9% growth in Q3

    Hahahahahahahahahahaha

It's a reflection of the sort of opaque, medieval workings of the Chinese Communist Party that something as simple as a man being led off stage can spark so much speculation

So does Hu need to worry about open windows and staircases? Or maybe just quietly off himself before he is jailed for "corruption" or some such...

Better view than in the other clips I have seen of this moment ... 79, same age as Biden.
