Not very clear what happens to children who don’t remain silent- or the teachers of those children- or the managers of those teachers. Would it amount to a NSL breach?
Good day for a black rain to hit. A friend’s primary age child at ESF is expected to observe the silence. I wouldn’t fancy being responsible for getting a class of five year old to sit quietly for three minutes.
