    I doubt many would argue that Shanghai your typical city in a "developing country", but what about Zhengzhou, Shenyang or Lanzhou?

    It seems like it is south east Asian nations that are taking the manufacturing market share from China rather than India though, despite their smaller populations and fragmented markets?
