If I told u the truth about my wealth properties etc u would probably be quite impressed. There's not much point in doing that though although as who would really know if I am being truthful. I can tell u that every property o have purchased in hk I have either sold at a profit or still hold and get a nice return on. I started making my first buys after the 1997 collapse. But the best timing for me
was SARS during which time I invested to the max selling occasionally as the market recovered.

I agree with u that any bubble must bust at some time. However what we disagree on it seems is that u think we are already in a bubble whereas to me prices seem quite reasonable when u look at interest rates, the outlook for rates, current rental returns etc
