The blame seems not entirely on the minibus driver. The widowed mother of two daughters was cycling across A Kung Kok Street despite two signs telling cyclists to dismount and use a pedestrian crossing.
Likewise the previous accident:Chan said that in Monday's incident the male cyclist was riding against the traffic in Sha Kok Street before reaching the corner of Tai Chung Kiu Road, where he was hit and killed.

But the "Senior Inspector" said " "The accident could have been avoided if he had braked or slowed down before reaching the crossing."
Perhaps not entirely his fault but avoidable.

If I recall it's different whether it's a red (the worst) or green (a tad better) minibus.
to learn more: Transport Department - Minibuses
I believe the green ones are fixed salary, whilst the red ones based on commission (the faster they drive, the more customers they server, the higher their salary)
They get counted backwards?Original Post Deleted
