Great old Hong Kong travel ad (1995)

As 2022 steps in this ad is close to 3 decades old... so much has changed in this span of time but there also are lots of things that have remained constant.

For those who have been around Hong Kong for a while wondering if anyone has more information for this ad (e.g. who produced it - HK Tourist Association?)
