Indeed. Without the partition they could have just quietly killed each other behind closed doors and been an internet domestic dispute that nobody else cares about.

(Please read the above with a heavy dose of sarcasm)

If you have to tell us it is ¨with a heavy dose of sarcasm¨ or resort to the deadly smiley;chances are that you have not laid it on with enough diligence. Next time use a trowel.

Agencies Posted: Mar 05, 2009 at 2023 hrs IST

Pakistan said that it has made arrests and is chasing terrorists that attacked Sri Lankan cricketers in Lahore.

Lahore: Pakistan's Interior Minister Rehman Malik on Thursday ruled out India's involvement in attack on Sri Lankan Cricket team in Lahore. He said attack on Sri Lankan cricketers could be the work of al-Qaeda.

'We've identified those who attacked SL cricketers'

Pakistani investigators have identified the terrorists behind the attack on the Sri lankan cricket team, Punjab Governor Salman Taseer said but did not name any of the suspects.

"We have identified the people who have carried out the attack. We are after them," Taseer said adding the Army and the intelligence agency, ISI, are helping in tracking down the gunmen.

Taseer said the investigators have found a large amount of weapons. "It was like a small army".
