Does anyone have experience moving his/her dogs to China? I may be moving to Shanghai in the next few months from Hong Kong and would appreciate any information on this matter. Thank you.

Starting point - make sure your rabies and annual vaccines are up to date.
Consider going to one of the export companies as they will have all the details on paperwork required etc.
If you want to do yourself then contact gov organisation responsible for requirements (not sure who that is with China).

a friend of mine ships in her dog to beijing using their service. basically as what she said, its around 10k that she spent and dog dont need to quarantine. since they are shipping the dog from Hong Kong-> Guang Zhou -> Beijing, so its kinda domestic travel from Guang Zhou to Beijing, that's why she don't nee to be quarantine. My friend suggested you should call them for a quotation.
