I have got one, used once from Australia to Hong Kong in December last year. Not sure if will fit your dog but mine 8 yrs old cocker spaniel was just fine. Let me know if you interested. But you new to arrange a pickup from Kowloon tong.

Might be too late, but i just bought one and it will arrive in HK on July 21st. Here's the info:

Extra Large
IATA type: 500
Weight: 26.6 lbs
Dimensions: 40"L by 28"W by 30"H

Bought new last week and will be used once. =)
Pets up to this size: 32" long by 26" wide by 29" tall

Ok this reply is late re ans to your ques. However, you could try the pet transport companies such at International Pet Travel or Aeropet, to name two, to ask if they would sell you one. Or call Ferndale, as they deal with transporting pets, she may be able to advise you.
