Hi Michelle, you forgot to mention what area of Hong Kong that you live.
Vets, like doctors, will have a neighbourhood that they look after.
If you live out in the New Territories, Victoria Veterinary Clinics, located in Yuen Long, Tuen Mun and Sheung Shui, are best in my opinion..
PH24778929 Yuen Long Clinic
PH24597217 Tuen Mun Clinic
PH26686556 Sheung Shui Clinic
All of the above vetinarian staff are mainly Australian or British, prices are very reasonable and their care & attention of our pets ( 3 pedigree cats), has always been professional.

Seems like you live in mid-levels.
We take our to Dr. Lloyd Kenda. He is in Happy Valley which means a cab ride.
I do take our dog to Cosmo Pet on Robinson Road for grooming and there is a vet there who seems to be a really nice guy and seems quite knowledgeable. Note we have never used him but the place seems pretty good.
PM me i you need more details for Dr. Kenda.
cheers
I have taken dogs to chris and nicolas animal hospital in Tin Hau and also a vet in Kennedy Street (off queens road East) (Dr Ian!!!)
Both were excellent vets. caring and very informative. I have also heard good things about Dr LLoyd in Happy valley too.
Dr. David is great. He is with the clinic Creature Comforts. You can check out the web site. He comes to your house to treat your pets so you don't have to take them anywhere. He is very well informed and great with animals. A lot of people in my apartement use him.
ummmm... why don't you call him? we don't know where you live and we don't keep a list of his rates handy.
and, yes, he's FANTASTIC!
After my dog cleansed his teeth, they forgot to take out the tube inserted in his arm when they said he's ok to go. We could not take him back at once so we had to take it out with care and he was ok, and lucky there was no bleeding.
He could barely walk without us knowing there was a tube inside his arm and he was crying.
When confronted the situation, they said sorry but no compensation at all. They welcome us to do whatever we like but they are not going to compensate. They threatened that they would call the Police if we could not accept it.
They have just expanded their operation. So pet owners out there, you need to know this so-called animal hospital is nothing more but a business with no responsibility and ethics at all.
