Are there any playgroup for dogs in the midlevels? I see a lot of dogs being walked and want to know if there is any organized playgroup.
Thanks.

"Doggie Playgroups" - Wasn't aware of any such thing in HK.
Thinking that pet lovers who walk their "doggies" (& BTW, don't think the word's really "baby talk" in the sense of juvenile/puerile ) along similar routes might slowly get to know one another, then organise something, say a walk up in the hills or in a stretch of woody green, to help their pooches better socialise with each other.
Deep in the NT, these past cool months, that's what me & 2 others have informally done - At least once a week, we get together to trek up quiet countryside slopes with our doggies off leash, sniffing every which way, & prancing around chasing tail!
Maybe you could approach the dog-friendlies regularly walking their doggies in your vicinity. Over time, tentatively gauge the "fit" in dog personality first though, as it could be the case of trial & error!
Otherwise, better refer to a dog professional for advice. I'm a novice
Not sure about the Mid-Levels, but in Repulse Bay and Stanley helpers and some owners arrange dog play dates in the mornings. I believe they meet by walking on a common route, getting to know each other and then setting up times to play/ take the dogs to the beach.

I live in Mid-levels and would be interested in a dog playgroup. I'm not sure where we would be able to have it since the parks nearby don't allow dogs. I think someone mentioned a park @ the Peak might be dog friendly... not sure.
I have a 3 yr-old male Maltese. Being that he left all his furry friends back at home in Los Angeles, I'm sure he would be super happy to meet some new friends!
There is a beautiful, huge park, Victoria Park, on top of the Peak (about a 15 minute uphill walk or 2 minute cab ride from the Peak Galleria) that does allow dogs (technically leashed, but its empty during weekdays and nobody is around). Definitely worth taking dogs up there to run and play.
Hi hello_there! How are you?
We sometimes hike up to the Peak so that sounds perfect!
But I thought Victoria Park was located in Causeway Bay ... Could you please give me more information on this park @ the Peak? Thank you so much!
Sorry, I meant "Victoria Peak Gardens". Walk up Mount Austin Road from the Peak Galleria area and the park is at the top (not the playground which is only about 1/3 of the way up Mount Austin Road).

Hi LA Bliss,
My 3-yr-old toy poodle is joining us on April 3rd. She would be very happy to meet dogs her size. Please PM me if you want to do a meet and greet.
