Please help! Short survey for HK Dog owners!

I would really appreciate it if you can quickly answer a few questions for my research project!
    1. what breed is your dog
    2. How old
    3. Female/male? Neutered?
    4. from a petshop? breeder? adopted?
    5. diseases your dog has/had (eg. tick fever, flea allergy, kidney/ liver problems)
    6. The timeline of these diseases (when each disease happened).

Much much appreciated! If you could share this to other people who also own dogs, it would help me so much!

    1. German Shepherd
    2. 3 years old
    3. Male ( Neutered )
    4. from 3 month old puppy via registered breeder with tattoo in his right ear and bloodline papers.
    5. No issues at all, he was just given his latest vax shots and our vet commented that he was a very nice/fit example of the breed and on his relaxed temperament/behaviour. Helps greatly when you have raised the dog from a puppy, investing time toward obedience training, keeping the dog well exercised ( ours is walked and swims daily ) and not cooped up indoors like most dogs in HK are.

    Thanks for answering.

Lord Dashwood, just want to ask, your labrador has been healthy since you've had him?
