Offhand, not sure, but the folks at Creature Comforts vet were very helpful when one of the dogs we were fostering had a dermodex/mange skin condition. They went through a number of different treatment options with us, so may be worth giving them a call to see if they stock it or can order it.
our rescued dog were first treated by a vet in tin hau for demodex. Her condition got a lot worst after 4 exhausting weeks. We switched to Dr Kenda were told the drugs and treatment given by the other vet to our dog were incorrect. Make sure you go to a vet who is experienced in treating demodex. Know nothing about NU stock. We used a medicated shampoo weekly for 3 months and some drugs.
Not used it but after looking it up, I know similar treatments that work so imagine it could be useful.
I'd imagine it's pretty smelly stuff (it's sulphur-based) and the equivalant treatment I used was not as user friendly as some of the other available demodex treatments.
What is your vet recommending?
Do you have a collie-type dog???
@hello_there: where are Creature Comforts based? And how did the treatment go? I hope it worked out for your dog.
Thunda: Sorry to hear about your dog! Hope it gets well soon.
Dr David from Creature Comforts actually comes to you. They also have a clinic called East Island Animal Hospital. They often send me medications via mail. I've copied a link to the practice below. Treatment went well and the dog, now looking much healthier and prettier, has been adopted.

Hi Bung_Chau
Did you have any luck with the NU stock? I have a rescue dog with demodex and she doesnt seem to be improving much even with her special shampoo from the vets. Please let me know if you had any success.
Thanks in advance
You're using special shampoo or a dip/wash that you have to leave on?
There are also oral medicines that can work well against demodex.
How long have you been treating - it will normally take at least a month to clear up.
we used both oral medicine and the medicated shampoo and it took about 1 month. again, see dr kenda.
my girl is find now, thank you.
