Can anyone recommend a Pet Insurance provider and give me some idea on what the policy covers and costs. My vet mentioned it is available here in HK. Thanks!

Whatever it covers you can always expect on average to pay in more than you get out. If this were not so then insurance companies would not be viable businesses.
