So what is the problem? You mention that you are unhappy and don't think you can live here and be happy on your salary so what's the issue? Lonely, no girlfriends, miss home, work not interesting? What's wrong?

To the OP,
Re-think yor options 91K for a single guy is peanuts for living in hk.
We all earn more than that!
i'll help answer the question then for the sake of sanity, let me share you my case:
i got a newcomer with 10k hkd salary per month, and i have a wife to support. I am happy.(rental place is 6k hkd, got help from in-law).
So, 16k covers my basic needs AND my wife...
sooo.....in your case, you have 91k - 16k = 75k to spare ya? per month. Is that enough to make you happy?
well spelling was never my strong point.....but will never use this forum again far too many halfwits wanting to vent their spleen....
what a douche
Dude
Get the next budget airline out of here. 91K ?????
I don't really know how you can survive on that. Wouldn't even pay the rent let alone the rest of the bills and other living expenses. I mean you have to get a pad for HKD70-100k to match your ego, wine and dine in the best clubs and bars:
Now if you want a reality check, wherever you are from; for example the UK or US; 91k is like GBP8k or nearly USD12k per month !!!!! On any account that is almost 5 X the national income in both these countries.
New_to_HK....you ain't gonna be happy anywhere....safe trip back to base dude.
