    Yup its usually they'll lend you a trolley whilst they have a cigarette break before their next job.

    Just an update. Used these guys on Saturday. Called them a few hours in advance.

    They charged $70.

    The guy provided a trolley for me to bring my stuff down and then helped me load them into the van.

    Good service, will be using them again next week.

    (I have to say I did get help from a local speaking friend, so that did make life that much easier).

    Used them again this weekend. Funny thing is the charge was $50 this time, however if I wanted use of the trolley the guy was charging me $120.

    if you like the service, take the guys name card (usually somewhere near the front passenger seat)...then you can call him directly next time
