Converting License to Hong Kong license

Hi all, I have a Pakistani driving license that i have held for a couple of months now... since turning 18. I would like to get it changed into a Hong Kong license, and have a couple of questions.
I have a overseas Pakistani national identity card (NICOP), will this be a valid travel document as required when applying to change license? As I dont have proof of residency when license was issued or haven't held it for 5 years.
Has anyone been through this process also? Any feedback, tips etc would be greatly appreciated!
    Thanks

I have read part E, it says "(d)
you satisfy one of the three requirements below:
    (i) the licence was originally issued to you on any date during a period of residence of not less than 6 months in the country or place of issue (supporting
documents include the relevant passport showing records of entry and departure or an official statement of travel records, and your school transcript
or employer’s testimonial with employment period specified, etc.); or
(ii)the licence has been issued to you for not less than 5 years immediately prior to the application; or
(iii) you hold a passport or an equivalent travel document issued in the country or place in which your licence was issued.

Do i not satisfy the 3rd requirement?

Hi, thanks for your reply. Part E states I must have ANY one of the following:
    i) the licence was originally issued to you on any date during a period of residence of not less than 6 months in the country or place of issue (supporting
documents include the relevant passport showing records of entry and departure or an official statement of travel records, and your school transcript
or employer’s testimonial with employment period specified, etc.); or
(ii) the licence has been issued to you for not less than 5 years immediately prior to the application; or
(iii) you hold a passport or an equivalent travel document issued in the country or place in which your licence was issued.

And I have an overseas ID card for pakistan, does that not mean I meet the 3rd requirement?
