What's the difference between general waxing and brazilian one, ladies?

I just tried to book at Rozaliwax in Central and got a rude person on the phone, may have been the owner. She picked up the phone and just said hello, didnt know if I had the right business. Quite unprofessional on the phone. When I asked about the type of wax they use (as I am pregnant), she rudely said what do you mean what type of wax, we've done it for 25 years. I dont care how long you have done it, if that has not taught you any customer service then you ain't getting my business.

Iyara in Central by the escalators is supposed to be nice for such things. They do my eyebrows are a very polite. I've never done the coochie waxing but they're very nice and the prices are reasonable. They also give free glasses of wine to customers and I feel free wine before a downstairs wax could be VERY helpful!
