I must be one of the few that aren't very interested in curry fish balls! However, I love the siu mai (pork dumplings) from the street, with their soy sauce and chilli sauce, those are the best!
Also the pork neck meat is very nice too, but not all stalls can do it that great... There's so much more great street food, like stinky tofu, bowl of chee...
Yeh it's pretty obvious my one main thing I love about HK is the food =)
Wtbhotia is a lean, mean, fish/curry ball eating machine. lol

I like those egg waffle things...or are they called grid cakes?
They are called "Gai Dan Jai" and my personal favorite for HK street food. They are indeed one of the little things that I enjoy in HK. To savour it's sweet and delicious taste helps me forget (for a brief moment) the stress and frustration of daily life in the city:

I've heard them called many things but never Eggette - I wonder who came up with that dumb name for such a nice snack....
Bally Waffles (Gai Dan Jai) are nice, there is another snack that you can usually buy at the same place, they use the same mixture but make a sandwich out of it and they add butter + peanut butter + sugar, now that is amazing, a million calories in one sandwich. Wooohooo
