    Tom's of Maine...can be bought from iHerb for about $5 usd. HIGHLY recommend.

    I've bought one of the crystal deodorants from SASA. The brand is Crystal Essence.

    You can pick it up in Sasa or Mannings, look for "crystal" type deoderant

    Don't eat too much. I find the hot and humid weather bad to my digestive system.
