Can anyone advise if it is possible to transfer a british perseonal pension plan when i join a company in hong kong to mpf its Scottish Provient centralised scheme

I don't think it's possible to MPF, but it is possible to transfer to some local schemes that are validated as QROPS schemes by HMRC. Do a Google on QROPS and you will find plenty of information and no shortage of people willing to advise you on this (for their commission).
