Is there a site where if you input traditional chinese characters, it will pronounce it in cantonese instead of mandarin?
Please note I don't know if cantonese and taiwanese mandarin have the same writing characters.

i presume you are not familar with spoken cantonese and written chinese
written chinese, literature largely the same regardless whether from china, hong kong and taiwanese, except, mainland china use simplfied chinese, HK and TW uses traditional chinese, but there are a few difference, also mandarin is the same as written chinese
But spoken cantonese ( or it's accepted written form) has a lot of slang, transliterations from english and very different in written form ( hence, why google translate struggle to translate spoken cantonese in written form)
example, strawberry
士多啤梨 = cantonese ( si dor be lei) hence, it's transliterations from english
草梅 = mandarin (cao mei) means grass berries
