Hi!

I am looking for a person that is able to retrieve data from damaged iMac computer.

It has been damaged during shipping from UK, all I want is to retrieve the data like pictures from it.

I will pay the service fee and also happy to give the computer away for parts.

Please let me know if you know anyone that can do it, preferably Mid Levels, central location.

Was the screen damaged/cracked or it just won't turn on?

What model iMac is it?

screen is a little bit damaged in the corner and on the side, it turns on but it can not find the file, which I was told may be mother board fault but still possible to transfer files.

To be honest I don't remember what model it was, and it doesn't turn on so can not check. It was purchased around 2014, the biggest size iMac.

Do you have another Mac to copy the files onto or a portable drive?

If you can take your computer down to Wanchai, here's a recommendation that has worked for several people, including me for both Mac and Windows computers.
