Non Resident Travel to Hong Kong?

Hi

Does anyone know if non residents can still travel to Hong Kong?


Either flying from Singapore or from Indonesia Or have they just stopped allowing people in? I travelled to Hong Kong end of last year from Singapore and was just subject to quarantine for 14 days as a non resident but seems like that is not an option now and "tourist" / non residents are completely banned from coming in.

Non-residents can enter HK from China, Macau or Taiwan. Out of those Taiwan is probably the easiest to enter if you are a business traveler. Obviously you'd need to quarantine twice under current rules.
