This is the only one I have encountered... Not dealt with them for property so I don't know if they do second hand sales.
They have been an advertiser of ours...

Don't you have heaps of Malaysia agents messaging you all the time asking if you want to sell or rent out your property? I've got a flat in Ampang and I keep a record when an agent whatsapps me just in case I want to sell in the future. Now I have a list of 23 agents.
Also the agent that manages my flat is great. She finds the tenants for me, collects rent from them, takes care of all the maintenance etc, only charges me RM100 (HK$170) per month. I only keep the list of other agents as a precaution if she disappears or something.
I try to reach them in Facebook and whatsapp but no reply at all.
No agent ever message me. The agent who sell me flat only message me for the monthly expenses. May I have any KL agent I can contact? Many thanks.
Thanks for the advice. I never come up this in mind. I want to sell this flat as I need somewhere with bigger space to live with my family.
I don’t know if these are any good. Quite easy to find agents in KL. These portals show what’s on the market at Royce Residence:-

Can't help the OP as I have no experience with selling second hand, and not in KL.
Can comment on Jade Land though as I have direct experience with them. No, they don't sell second hand properties. They strike deals with property developers and sell a specific and limited portfolio of new properties. To be fair, the selection of properties do reflect a certain set of standards that Jade Land have set.
