Hi,

Well! some more questions have piled-up since last time I wrote,

1. My wife is a chartered accountant by profession and has 2 yrs. of work experience but, doesn't have a work permit for HK and doesn't know cantonese or mandarin. How difficult is it to find a job in HK in such conditions? Can I ask my current employer to arrange for a work permit for my wife and in case I ask, for are the chances that the employer is going to help me out.

2. In what context is HK less safe than Tokyo? I mean, do people steal or do they eve-tease or anything else in perticular?

3. In USD, how much is an average 2LDK appartment's rent in HK Island?

4. I'm currently paying just about 6% tax in Tokyo and in HK, I've been told that the tax I'll have to pay will be about 13%. Even in this scenario, do you think my cost of living is going to be lower in HK than in Tokyo and my savings are gonno be more than here?

OK! this is it till my next set of querries... )

Thanks a ton!
