HK Tourism set to explode with the launch of a full-sized Noah's Ark !

I'm confused. Is this the same Noah's Ark that was reported a while back on this site as being built by 'religious nutters' but now appears to have been built by a property developer as a tourist attraction? Are there two of them in Hong Kong or was the first story just a fabrication?
You can never have too many Noah's Arks, it's best to safe than sorry
BTW, it's raining - coincidence? I think not ... the floods are coming
As if Hong Kong needs another fantasy theme park!
Anyway according the JWs, it's the swine flu indicating the end of world, not the rain.
according to this blog, there are some religious orgs involved in the management of the project
(note: veracity of this blog is not confirmed; some facts are incorrect at a quick glance)

My favorite bit about the Ark is that it has a YMCA hostel on the top, with the rooms having balcony's out onto the ark... it's so random.
I wonder who'll be first to get married there
The Kwok brothers, well known Christian gadflys about town are behind the ark, and not just any old ark but one of biblical proportions.

i am just wondering... what is there to do there? what is the attraction of going actually?
is it just a big boat and hotel?
I have no idea why... but the lyrics to an 80's song just came to mind ..
