    Yes they have friends and get to see them once a week as they work 24 hours a day 6 days a week.

    I just said don't loan them money, I didn't say be a skinflint jerk.

    In my experience, loaning money just perpetuates the behavior that causes people to need to borrow money. Better to offer them other forms of help. And if money is needed, don't loan it, give it. Most people who come asking are not likely to be able to repay, and they'll just stop talking to you to avoid feeling bad about not paying you back.

    thanks guys. i chopped her. i managed to pull out the application as her visa was still in pending at the immigration. now my mum is here, she will be our new maid for a month! thanks
