What's it really like in Hong Kong?

    Ive only seen a few quality snake soup shops in Shum Sui Po if thats how its spelled.

    What I have to say about HK food though is the Chinese BBQ is outstanding compared to the states or Vancouver for that matter. You cannot find this type/quality anywhere else.

    Duly noted. Chinese BBQ is good in SF; it improved a lot since the 1960s when I first arrived. So are the "dim sum" dishes.
