Would be easier and quicker if you get something like the rough guide to HK or Lonely Planet

Or, just get off the plane and see what happens - Hong Kong is easy.

How many days are you planning for your HK tour?

There are a lot of things to see and do, it all depends on time and weather.

    The peak,
    The cave in Cheung Chau,
    Star ferry, Tram ride
    High tea @ peninsula
Chinese tea restaurant (pineapple bun and Hong Kong style milk tea)
    Ocean Park
    Ngong Ping 360
Horse racing in Sha Tin / Happy Valley
    Hiking
    Shopping

Or you could even go far as Macau. Just an 1 hr boat ride.
The casinos there - MGM, Venetian, Wynn, Sands
