    Dead dog on the street

Saw a dog flat dead on Gloucester Road in Causeway bay this evening. It was still wearing one of those protective head cone. It was lying a Km away from the tunnel and no one even bothered to alert officials. I saw vehicles slowing down to avoid running the dog over. Something like that you don't see in HK too often or never at all. Not on a busy street.

I wonder what the owner is doing about it now. Or if he's been alerted about the incident. Come to think of it, the SPCA building is just around the corner.

If you knew anything about this, please enlighten us.

I was on the bus that time. I would have assumed that the cars nearby would alert officials or Cross Harbour Tunnel.
