Are you set on using an agency? I found a great pt helper for just a couple of hrs through her ad in Dollarsavers.

You may try the local domestic helpers which are offered by the Employees Retraining Board of the Hong Kong government. Their website is:
    http://ldh.erb.org/

I know that the cost is about $50-$60/hour (not included insurance).

But I don't know why there's no English version available from their website.
