fix the aircon?

my airconditioner is dripping water and as we all know its fine-able. my landlord doesnt seem interested and spends most of his time on the mainland so its difficult to kcik his arse. he tells me to ask the security men in the apartment block -so i did and they just looked as miserabe and uninterested as they usually do and offered no help at all. so does anyone know of reliable repiar compnay in the causeway bay/wan chai area please?
also anyone know of a comapny that can put a shelf up in my kitchen?
