    living location

i'm still very new to HK, so need advice on where to live! PLS HELP! i work near Citibank plaza in central, and am looking for a 2 bed, 800sqft+. budget HK25-30k (flexible to increase as well). i work late hours, so ease of commute (and flexibility on public transport options preferable). also not interested in mid-levels (i need a break from the concrete after work!), good views / nature also a plus. is south area (e.g. repulse) too inconvenient and far if public transport and late working hours? what locations are recommended? how much for mngt fees and govt taxes on top of rent?

Hi there. Try Park Island, Ma Wan. 24 hours ferry to and from central plus very nice ocean view.

thanks, nice location. forgot to mention though, given late night working will also want to go home by taxi so may be best to stay within HK island (?)

Try Happy Valley, Wanchai and Taikooshing?
