    I really do not see what all the fuss was about your original post, it was simplistic but all such models of society are. I myself do not fit completely as I am a white expat but socialise 99% with "the south east asian crew" who are not all maids or "working ladies" though I guess about half of the ones I know are. And I am sure not all the Indian crew are in low paid jobs. So it needs refining and rewording and Hong Kong is horrendously complex so there will always be hybrids but generally it seems fair to me.
