hi! .. i am an american citizen and me and my girlfriend wishes to get married in hong kong she is a filipino citizen we are both single. my question is what are the requirements needed so we can get married in hong kong and what are the specific documents besides passport. would they ask for birth certificate things like that?we are both planning to go there as tourist.. need help.. thanks... dek

So do either of you live in Hong Kong? If you aren't going to use a church, then I'd definitely use the online system to book the marriage appointment. It reduces the headaches when you have to go in person to face Immigration and you're more likely to get your first choice of registries.
