STUDIO APT - inTIN HAU ( between wan chai & causeway bay )

I am currently living in a small studio apt in tin hau and will move out soon. If any one is interested in taking it up, please let me know. ( the best part is that the owner accepts short term leaes too ) .

There are no brokers and one gets to talk and deal directly with the owner.

I am moving out to a bigger place and this would be helpful for some GEOS who are on the lookout.

Its only 5700 HKD per month and is just opp the A1 exit of MTR 2 Tin Hau , right above APPLEMALL.

when u come from central on the MTR its after causeway bay ...

It's further east of Causeway Bay. From East to West...Tin Hau, CWB, Wanchai....

Hi Ashzz,

I saw your posting about a studio apartment that you had rented in Tin Hau back in 2006.

I'l be going to HK in 2 weeks to stay a for a couple of months, and am looking for an apartment exactly in that area!

I know it's been a couple of years since you've lived there, but could I trouble you for the contact info about the apartment so that I might talk to the owner about renting it?

Also I'd appreciate any thoughts you have about renting the place - ie. good or bad.
