The staff at Starbucks Alexandra House Central are great. They take the time to rember me and the usual stuff I order from them each time I go in. Little things like that make a difference.

Space is very expensive in HK. A nice relaxing chair in a coffee shop takes up a lot of space. Perhaps take-out should be a few dollars less.

must just be a misunderstanding. sometimes i get the wrong coffee too, i only ask for black but sometimes will receive w/milk. the staff always corrects the mistake.

I think the poster just wanted to make a point that instead of the staff just getting the order wrong. It was a launguage barrier that caused the problem.
