I'm looking for a place to live in Bergen County. I wonder besides Hackensack, where could I find apartments? I have been seeing Fort Lee but I think the rent's too high.
Please advice

Er, why are you asking this in a "Moving to Hong Kong" forum? Shouldn't you be asking it in a "Moving to New Jersey" forum?
Nothings wrong with Hudson. I actually wanna live close to the north =)
Jay, where did you live in NJ?
Hey Kristen,
You might want to try some places like Rutherford, Teaneck, Palisades Park or Englewood. Edgewater's great but very pricey. Really depends on what kind of budget / commute you're willing to deal with. I'm assuming you're commuting to nyc?
Ajay
Oh thanks Ajay. Im not commuting to NYC but Montvale.
aw. edgewater is so nice with a manhattan view.
other places you can try are like cliffside park and leonia.
I have been to those apartments in Hackensack but think they are not new I wonder where the newly built n well managed apartments are. I could afford a studio or one bedroom for $1200 per month at most.
Thanks for all of your ideas =)
oh ok, I assumed you wanted to commute to the city....I lived in NYC and Long Island actually, never in NJ. Did spend a lot of time out there though.
