    Logistic Supports - Alternative to FEDEX, parcel to Brazil

    Hi,

    Just wondering if anyone can help.
    I am looking for an alternative to FEDEX, sending daily parcel to Rio, Brazil.

    My company got 50% discount from FEDEX which is quite good rate.
    I am looking for logistic company for air parcel.
    Anyone can help?

    Well you've just been told. Hong Kong Post do air parcels. If you don't like that idea then contact the usual suspects, DHL, UPS.

    Indeed - what is the HongKongPost if not a logistics company? Their service is excellent in my experience.

    Let me re check the cost.
    FEDEX with 50% discount is quite good deal actually.
    The problem, our parcel got hold always by Brazilian Custom.
    I need to find a way to solve this problem.
    I believe EMS is better for customer clearance, have to check the cost.

    That will always be a problem. Brazilian Customs Policy always vary especially when it comes to electronics which is why most online retail companies do not send to Brazil or at a higher shipping fee.

    Yep, Brazil is always a pain in the proverbial. EMS is not really the answer, they seem to lose more than they deliver!

    Not sure if this is a Brazil only problem, but I've shipped LOTS of parcels with EMS Speedpost for my business and basically never had any real problems.
