Park Avenue/Island Harbourview

Hi all,

I'm looking for a 2BR, (750-800 sq ft) furnished apartment, High Floor (preferably with Sea view) in Park Avenue or Island Harbourview near the Olympic Station. I have a budget of around 10,000-11,000 HKD per month.

Do any of you have any comments about the place and apartments that are available for rent from April onwards?

hi. i tried the same in a similar budget but no luck. i think u can get something in that budget without sea view in island harbour view. u could also try hampton place which is 5 min walk from olympic 1. it has a sea view. the only issue is that the flats are about 650 sq ft.

Thanks for the reply maneesh! Actually Island harbourview / Park Avenue is a preference coz I heard its a decent place!

I am looking for a 2BR apartment with a sea view (and that is something that I really want) around 750-800 Sq Ft thats not more than 20-25 mins away from TST and is well connected. I did like the Olympian City area... so thought maybe a 700-800sq ft apartment there in my budget would be possible! Guess not! I will still see a couple of places though! Maybe a little bargaining can bring the rent down a bit once I look around!
