    Po Lam flat?

Hi, I'm tired looking for information at gohome.com or centaline. Not helping much.

I'm interested to find a flat in Po Lam.

    Expectations:
2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, fully furnished, new building preferred, must be clean and simple, bus stop to Central or MTR station in 5-10 minute walking.

Any direct owner here? Heard of flat for leasing in Po Lam? Will be for long-term renting.

    Another thing,
What do you think about Po Lam?

    THANKS!!

Look for Tseung Kwan O on gohome.com. This will include listings in Hang Hau and Po Lam.

Po Lam station is on the same line as both Hang Hau and Tseung Kwan O. MTR official time to North Point from Po Lam is 15 minutes. And only about 10 minutes from North Point to Central.

Po Lam has a mix of old and new tower blocks and 3 malls (Metro Plaza 1,2 and 3) but not a lot else to recommend it. Many schools in the area.

The Po Lam MTR vicinity has a high density of residential estates but the shopping is good. It also has a good public library and swimming pools with a small sports centre. There is also a bus depot. The Hang Hau MTR station area has a good shopping centre too. I have friends at both locations who have no (or very few) complaints. The Tseung Kwan O MTR station vicinity is less crowded and has fewer brand name shops and bus routes. The estates are newer than both the above and have better club facilities like outdoor and indoor swimming pools, sports hall, sauna, steam room, bowling alley, tennis courts blah blah blah.
All said and done I can't get you any closer to renting a place but thanks for reading anyway.

    Yo thanks!

    Jaykay, Discobay, thanks heaps!!!

Flat hunting through agents is quite frustating, however, I'll try my luck again, no other way rite?

    However, "ANY LANDLORD HERE??"

I live in Hang Hau. The buildings in Po Lam are already a couple of years old, however Metro City is the newest and was build around 1999. The Grandiose in Tseung Kwan O just opened and I guess there are plenty of Landlords who want to rent out their flats (the flats might be unfurnished though).
