    Shenzhen visa change

I hold a US passport and made to crossing last January. The only change I noted was that the visa fee increased from $100 HK to 400 HK.

Last January? Did you notice the date they announced their new policy?

He probably has a multiple entry visa in his passport. But HK people can use their Home Visit Permits. Note: China charges US people more money for visas, other passport holders don't pay as much. And if you hold a Singapore, Brunei or Japanese passport, you enter China without visa.
