Hi everyone! The time is running fast and it's already next month that i'm coming to Hk for the second time. But rather than just eating and no exercise at all ( I put one some extra pounds ) like last time, i wanna do some kind of exercise just to maintain my levels of fitness ( someone graduated in Sports sciences,hehe ). So, anyone of u outhere, know any good place where i can jog and do some other kinds of exercise,like body conditioning and Capoeira, like a park or sumthin close to MK, place where i'm staying. If anyone would like to join for a capoeira practice, please let me know. It'll be a pleasure to teach it!
