I feel the heat in summer makes me more tired and I sleep more. At the same time the rainy/typhoon season I get even sleepier due to the grey skies, the sound of rain, and the aircons.
I think the only time I'm not sleepy abd more active is the winter when the weather is tolerable.

I sleep the same here as any other country I have lived - 7-9 hours (usually about 8). 5 is just too little for most folks. But they seem to try and catch up in meetings, on the bus, in the office at lunchtimes (including with pillows!) ... All very odd.

...in lectures. If I like them I let them sleep, if not then I shout loudly in their ear.

No - most likely not enough exercise, too much work stress, very inconsistent and poor eating / drinking habits...

How do you know so much about me

I sleep about 6 hour each night during the week, having a blackberry and offices around the world doesnt help either.

Do these blackberry things not have an "off" switch?

When you can walk past 3 people sitting at a table in LKF and there are 4+ phones on the table, that means it is time to move on.....

You need to train them better. When my boss or her boss calls me after hours (which as far as I am concerned is after 5pm) they have to (i) apologise and (ii) ask if it is OK to talk.
